Visa Information for International Attendees

All our attendees are requested to Apply Business Visa/Schengen Visa. A Schengen Visa is the document issued for visiting/travelling in and within the Schengen Area. The Schengen Area is comprised of 26 countries that have agreed to allow free movement of their citizens within this area as a single country. If you intend to visit one of the Schengen countries for business, as a tourist or for a personal/private visit, you must first obtain a Schengen visa, unless your country is part of the Shengen territory or has a special agreement.

Note: Smart Materials 2020, Organizers and the organizing committee of the conference are not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Invitation Letter issued by Smart Materials 2020 and conference Committee Board. Should your application be denied, Smart Materials 2020 and the organizing committee of the conference cannot change the decision of the Embassy, nor will Smart Materials 2020 and the organizing committee of the conference engage in discussion or correspondence with the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.

Invitation Letter:

Attendees in need of invitation letters for Visa application are requested to write to us by going through the below details. At least one of the following criteria must be met in order to honor the request for a letter of invitation. The requesting party must either:

• Be an author of an accepted submission (oral presentation, poster presentation), If Delegate, must send the details as below
• Have paid the registration fee, in full, for this conference (Contact organizers for more details).
